How to accept your OdessaConnect invite

To join OdessaConnect, you must be invited by a registered staff user OR an active family member in your family. You can also contact us at hello@odessaconnect.tv and we will be happy to assist you.

(simple) How to accept your OdessaConnect invite

A staff member or an active family member of your family will send you text message. You will receive a 6 digit invite code and a link to download the app.
Jot down the 6 digit code and tap the link to download the app.
After opening the app, tap the I HAVE AN INVITE CODE button
Enter your 6-digit invite code, confirm your email address, then continue through the activation and onboarding steps.

(detailed) How to accept your OdessaConnect invite

You will receive a text message from this number: (502) 237-8279. Jot down the 6-digit invite code. Then tap the link (odessaconnect.tv/apps).

From this page, tap the icon for the type of phone you have: iPhone or Android. You will be taken to the relevant app store.

Download the app from your app store, then tap to open it on your phone. From the login page, tap the I HAVE AN INVITE CODE button

Enter the 6-digit code you received in the text message you received.

Tap the Submit button. If successful, you will be asked to confirm your contact information. Your First Name, Last Name and Phone Number are pre-filled. Enter your email address to continue.

Then create your password. Enter the same password twice. Your password must be longer than 8 characters. Tap Submit.

Your account is now activated. Upload a profile photo so your loved one can put a face with a name!

There are four simple onboarding steps explaining more about the OdessaConnect system.

After you finish reviewing the onboarding screens, tap Start Using OdessaConnect to begin using the app.

You can now begin sending content (messages, photos, videos, YouTube Links and video calls) to your loved one’s TV screen. You will also start to receive updates and content from the community too.
