The OdessaConnect mobile app is recommended but not required , to send content to your loved one. If you’d like to use our web interface to send content, email us at hello@odessaconnect.tv and we will configure your account.

09 - Who can send content to my loved one’s TV?

Only Family Members that have joined your family and specific staff at your loved one’s community can send content. As an example, the Activity Director at the community will send messages and photos to all of the residents.

10 - What are the benefits of downloading the OdessaConnect mobile app?

The OdessaConnect mobile app enables family members to receive updates from the community, view the dining menu/activities/newsletter, communicate with their loved one, and invite more family members.
